Very Disappointing Service
My dog passed away in early January and I was still waiting on the claims that I had submitted. Right after I had to pay for the following month, February, my claims were posted as denied. So, not only were every single one of the medical bills that I had recieved denied. But I was also charged for the following month before being informed of this. This was particularly painful because my dog succumbed to her sickness before any of this occured.
When I called to explain the scenario, we were informed by the representative that maybe I could get a partial refund for February. About a week later, I received notification that this also was denied.
All this to say, I will definitely not be recommending PetsBest to any of my fellow animal lovers and will be warning any one considering pet insurance away from this oarticular company.
Very disappointed with the service offered by PetsBest.

Trupanion only for my Jackson and Jemma!
I cannot be more pleased with the ease of submitting claims and the quick responses and completion of the claim. I have both of my fur babies insured with Trupanion and I do not hesitate to recommend Trupanion to friends and family.

So amazing!
Our two year old dog had to have emergency surgery after ingesting a foreign object. This was a very scary time for us, and thinking about the finances around this only added more stress. Immediately after the surgery we submitted our claim to aspca and they were so quick to process our claim and reimburse us the majority of the cost of the surgery. I cant say enough about how much this meant to our family to know that we could provide life saving surgery to our dog without the worry of being able to afford it. Thank you aspca for helping us to take care of our boy!

Scam Company
Healthy Paws is a scam company. I signed up well over a year ago. I uploaded all the medical paperwork I had at the time for both my cats. I had just brought both to the vet right before I signed up, so it was nice and easy since both had recent checkups.
Flash forward to now. I have had an open claim for a month for a sick cat. She still needs more work, but I can't even get them to approve the first work. They keep telling me they have to deny the claim due to insufficient vet records. They've called the wrong vet twice now, and mine once. They have all the records.
Every time I call the rep tells me "we have all the paperwork we need, if the cat has only been to the vet once, right after adoption, then that's all we need" yet every time the claim gets declined. I call back and the rep says "No we have all the paperwork, the adjusters are just like this", they re-open it, then we repeats this song and dance.
The goal of this company is to collect your premium monthly (which they keep hiking), then keep you running and decline your claim to avoid payouts.
