We've had a great experience with trupanion.
We've had a great experience with trupanion. Our little pup was maybe 4 months old and ingested some toxic food for a dog and needed emergency services. trupanion responded and paid our claim lightening fast!! Very impressive, worth every penny; for the peace of mind, and quality care we were able to give our dog in an emergency. I tell everyone that gets a puppy, trupanion is a must!!

So pleased with the quality of customer service
I purchased pet insurance with Healthy Paws a couple years ago. Having always has pets, I never had pet insurance. Only after losing 2 pets did I see the benefits of having pet insurance. I have never had to file a claim til recently and it was so easy. The phone app makes it so quick and easy, it literally took a matter of minutes to complete. Within a week, the reimbursement was mailed to me - that time included them verifying with the doctor, etc... They even checked up to see how my dog was doing which was very thoughtful.
