Great Service
I bought this service for our two kittens, not knowing how well it would work. It has been a huge help. After a few visits it as already starting paying for itself. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with a pet.

Thanks for being there to help my best friend!
I have been with your company for years and I never filed a claim. I was considering dropping the insurance. I was thinking 'Do I really need this?' My little guy was 15 at the time and your agents said that may not be a good idea. Just found out, most companies do not insure dogs this age. So I stayed with you. 17 was approaching and he was still going strong. And then one morning he looked at me and I knew something was wrong. Took him to the vet and she was wonderful but could not determine what was wrong. So went to a specialist and they did so many tests to help him. Eventully helping me understand what was wrong and how to help my friend. I was not sure if all the test would be covered under the insurance as the total due kept climbing! But, turned in the bill and receipt and less my deductible Pet's Best paid the entire amount! I was able to give my little guy the best treatment so he was comfortable, safe, and he is still here as he just celebrated his 17th birthday on November 7, 2015! Thank you a million times for being there. I sing your praises and I would recommend that everyone use your company. As your name says, you are the best!

Lightning fast claim processing...!!
I took my cat Socrates to the vet for his regular check-up and a nail trim. He is so uncooperative that he has to be sedated for the nail trim (he's a big boy, 19 lbs and stronger than me!) He also had periodic blood work done and I turned in a claim for the Wellness side of my Embrace policy on Saturday. I was notified that the entire $142 was covered and that the claim was complete. I'm just waiting for the $142 to show up in my bank account. It doesn't get any better than that!

Emergency trip covered
I had to take my French bulldog to an emergency vet while we were traveling. He had been throwing up and wouldn't eat his dinner. Found out he has pancreatitis and had to stay there for 48 hours of treatment. VPI covered nearly everything of the $1,100.00 bill. Needless to say I'm happy with the plan so far.

Confusion
I felt like I did half the work. Two claims were filed and they were confused on which claim went to which pet hospital. After many email, faxes and phone conversations, things got cleared up. It was very frustrating doing the work when I'm paying Trupanion for the service! Then, I get a major rate increase! Also, representatives are slow to respond to emails, when it concerns more claims on the same pet. I guess it's wrong to expect quick turnaround, but we have to pay on time! They are a 24/7 company......right? Not sure if I would recommend or not.

Very Pleased!!
I never had pet insurance before this puppy. I am a long time insurance agent too, and really doubted if they would pay a TPLO claim for my baby. Just skeptical... BUT, I am happy to tell you we had no issue at all with Pets Best, claim handled, paid as stated in our policy... and we are THRILLED. Everyone there I spoke with or chatted with was so kind, and patient. VERY VERY Happy with this insurance!! Price is one of the best around too.

Embrace has been as good as my Golden
Gracie my Golden retriever has had a few different issues over the last several months that have been treated. Every visit I was sure to have my vet fax the info into Embrace for filing. I always received an immediate response from Embrace and with the wonderful portal they provide I was able to see the process. Once my deductible was reached my claims have been paid very promptly. I have been a customer for 5 years and have had good experience with Embrace.
