It would be nice to have dental coverage

I was kind of leary about pet insurance, I heard some bad stories. I decided to give Embrace Pet Insurance a try and sure enough, they stand by what they say and reimburse 100% when it comes to preventative care.

Been with them for over 8 years thru ups and downs. KC Baby has her share of problems and now the older she gets she is getting new age related (sound familiar?). She was attacked a couple of years back and was in and out of emergency treatment for days and not sure she was going to make it - needless to say the bill ran up! Embrace covered what she was insured for and we got back over $3000 of $3500+ bills, has had on and off treatments for ailments and covered with no complaints or needing to negotiate with embrace. Now their rates have increased with KC's age; but so has my car and house insurance. Embrace has been great to deal with, responsive, fair, and fast. Our vet even asked about Embrace.

This is the absolute BEST pet insurance out there! I can’t thank Healthy Paws enough for their kindness through my dog’s emergency surgery. My Golden Retriever (just over a year old), had to have a foreign body surgery because she ate something that she was not supposed to. Not only was this terrifying, but I knew that bills would add up quickly. I wanted the best care for my dog, at the emergency vet that I chose, and any treatment/procedure that she needed done, done. I just wanted my pup back! In the back of my mind I knew I had insurance and I knew that whatever she needed to have done, was getting done. I wasn’t prepared for the overwhelming amount kindness and concern that they, Healthy Paws, had for my dog. Not only did they hold up their end and process the claims quickly and cover what they said they would, they checked in on my dog along the way! Not anything automated-a real person, a person who cares and loves animals themselves. The claims were processed quickly and the check was in my hand soon after. The process was as painless as possible, and it took so much stress off of me. I was able to be there for my pup 100% and not worry about cost. I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. I will be a “fur”ever client! Do not hesitate or look anywhere else-Healthy Paws IS your answer.

I originally purchased Embrace Insurance for my Pomp as it was highly recommended by .an internet search but I don't know if they have gotten too large or just don't care anymore since August one of my dogs needed a physical report from my vet. I was not copied for that request so I didn't follow-up but the end of Oct they received it. I was very dissatisfied after calling with the answers I received as my dogs are my children and I want them to have the best. In my opinion embrace is no longer the best sorry.

I moved to embrace after being with Nationwide Pet Insurance. The reason for my move was the dificulty I was receiving with one of my dogs. I was paying a significant premium and considering that the pets were over 9 but younger than 10 the insurance company implemented a list of exclusions. When I called Embrace they quoted my for my three pets approx $150 a month which was a great deal after moving from the other company. Until this day I've had 0 problems and all my insurance claims paid as promised. I have a $500 deductible which has been met and I've never felt so happy with an insurance company (honestly). Because my dogs are older we have faced some health problems. Nothing major; however, it's nice to know that you have an insurance company to support you and deliver what you need and what you pay for. Lastly, I have to say that being on top of your claims is so easy! The online system works! Easy to read, organized and if you have any questions you can always call and get A+ customer service. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with embrace and will forever be with them. I have recommended the insurance to countless numbers of pet parents. It works and it's worth it!

I am very happy having my 4 dogs insured, it ended up being a life saver as procedures and tests were always paid and I am glad I have them enlisted. So far everything was paid for my pekingese issues that slowly got worse over the months and without insurance the bills would have been hard to cover
