The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and able to give me a wide range of options. When I said I would need to call back after discussing those options with my husband, he provided his direct line/extension so I would be sure to get him when I did call back. Because this insurance only matters when a pet has a catastrophic illness or injury.
Because this insurance only matters when a pet has a catastrophic illness or injury. It’s not helpful at all for other chronic illnesses. Those are the real conditions that cost thousands of out of pocket hard-earned dollars for families every year. This company is friendly and great to work with. But I’m not sure if, in the long run, it will be worth it. I think I spent almost as much money last year for my dog’s chronic skin condition as you did for his eye removal surgery. I wish you would cover more.
