Very satisfied with the service I received regarding the claim for my pet.
I have renewed faith in pet insurance. When I questioned the findings on my claim, it was immediately reviewed and addressed. I feel comfortable that this company carefully looks at claims and tried to accommodate if warranted. .

An insurance company that actually pays!
I still can't believe they actually kept their promise! For the first time in my life, I've encountered an insurance company that doesn't lie/try avoid paying what it should. SUPER happy with everything from A to Z! Never had an issue, every claim I submitted and was supposed to be accepted by our policy- was actually accepted! I even got an actual reimbursement check from them. Highly recommended to ANY pet owner out there!

Price increase
I've been recommending Trupanion for nearly seven years. When your policy changed from limiting your annual premium hike from up-to-20% to DOUBLING this past policy anniversary, I am less inclined to recommend you.

Rate increase
Since 2015 the cost of the policy has almost doubled. The Representative did explain Florida was a high cost but the rate increases seem prohibitive.

Yearly increases
The reason for only a 4 star on recommendation is due to yearly large increases on premiums. Until recently I only had 1 very very small claim yet you have increased my premiums by 100%. Plus Embrace is cheaper and they cover well care and shots. Something Trupanion needs to cover

Quick response to claims, great communication and coverage of both my dog’s!
I have two dogs with coverage, one is a 10 year old Golden Retriever who was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Embrace handled my claim quickly and efficiently. The coverage was exactly what the policy read. I also have a new addition, a 4 month old American Eskimo. Again, Embrace has handled her wellness claims the same. I would definitely recommend Embrace to anyone! ❤️🐾🐾

New claim
It has been a while since I had to submit a claim form for Oreo. He has had a difficult time with his ears and the issue is not yet resolved. New medicine yesterday at his recent Vet visit and hoping for the best. Thanks, Pat
