Our experience with Trupanion is always excellent. I love the simple claims submission process and your customer care representatives are always easily reachable without long hold times. Everyone is always so kind, empathetic and understanding. Payment for claims is also very easy and fast. I always recommend Trupanion to every pet owner I know.
