Don't like the rate increases. He is young now and I will have paid his whole life before he actually needs the service???

I have never had a problem with a claim. The only problem is my premium keeps going up and I don’t know how much longer I can afford it!

Everyone I've talk to at Trupanion has been wonderful...from new enrolment, change in policy, handling of claims, to death of my pet. Thank you. I absolutely recommend Trupanion. I was sitting in the vet's waiting room, another couple was talking about their pet's insurance (they were not happy with it). I told them about Trupanion, picked up the Trupanion brochure from the counter, and gave it to them.

My family has been a loyal member of ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for almost 10 years now and I can say it was the best decision I ever made for my bulldog. As a new dog mom you always want to ensure the best care for your new baby. After a few years and a healthy bulldog I called to see about cancelling my policy. The agent walked me through my concerns, listened to me ration if it was worth the investment etc. They were so genuine in caring for the well being of my pet in the future, I decided to not cancel. It was the best partnership decision I have ever made. Sadly just a couple years later my bully had some medical concerns and ASPCA Pet Health Insurance was with us every step of the way. They were fair in the reimbursements, followed up with any questions I had and were always available. I can honestly say I have the peace of mind of taking my bully to the vet knowing she will receive the care she needs without mommy going into bankruptcy. I believe in the company so much, we just got a new bully member to the family and we have just signed her up as well. I always receive great customer service from the representatives, and there is a quick turn around for claim reimbursement. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to every pet owner I know.

excellent and quick service! Its a little pricey and, of course, becomes more expensive as the pet ages, but I think its valuable and have already recommended it to others.
