Embrace promptly and courteously issued reimbursements submitted regarding the medical care of our cat, Mr. Peepers. In only one case was additional information needed and notification was immediate via email and the online Embrace website. Such a relief to know we could concentrate on the health needs of Mr. Peepers without worry of choosing between quality care and personal finances. Pet insurance is like any other insurance—we hoped to never need to use, but when needed, what a relief. We have carried the coverage for several years and due to the continued good health of our four pets, Embrace issued each a substantial wellness credit, which was honored with Mr. Peepers’ diabetes diagnosis. I would also add our medical team submitted the claims for us immediately following each vet appointment, instrumental in the process of fluid financial reimbursement from Embrace, We are happy to report Mr. Peepers is in diabetic remission! We consider Embrace a definite member of his recovery team and highly recommend for families considering pet insurance.

None of the claims were approved and the same excuse that he had a preexisting condition. The dog is 5 years old. So everything is a preexisting condition. I rather pay Bandfield the 40 dollars a month for prevention care.

Sam was the only CS agent I have ever been frustrated with. She constantly interrupted me which resulted in the conversation lasting much longer than it should have. She didn't understand the questions I was asking because of the constant interrupting and sassy tone in voice. I could tell I was upsetting her, that was very evident in her tone that began to be a little hostile. I kept saying I understand what you're saying but that wasn't the question I asked.

We use Healthy Paws to insure our pets from puppy to passing. Their plans are affordable and are invaluable when something goes wrong. We lost our doberman at age 4 to kidney failure and they covered the intensive care so we could just love her through it. We wish they sold human insurance because our dogs have better health care than we do.

First time experience with pet insurance of any type, glad to have when my German Shepherd had problems during the first year already. They were very responsive, kind and professional. Also paid what they were going to pay timely, any delays were due only to them receiving requested info from vets. It was good to have help with an unexpected illness, albeit disappointing when neutering wasn't covered for any reason, even when it was the surgical cure in this case. All in all, was glad we had the policy, helped with expenses that come up suddenly.

This is our second pet to be insured with Trupanion. The other passed away. Trupanion paid the bills quickly and fully. We have recommended it to others. Everyone I have ever spoken to has been extremely helpful and polite.

I couldn't of taken care of my pets the way they needed if I did not have Embrace, just knowing I have it when I don't need it is comforting!!! They have 92) Dobies have better insurance than I do! I will never go without it again.
