Covered!
Our Mini American Shepherd had gotten sick with an unknown ailment that caused her to throw up. The vet at RR animal hospital informed us that we might not be covered because this was considered a pre-existing condition. Well, Trupanion came thru and covered the expense after the deductible was met, good for them!

Affordable and Easy Claims Process
Would definitely recommend Trupanion! Quick and easy claims process and very affordable. I sent 3 claims Dec. 28th, 2020 and received my reimbursement check January 5th, 2021.

Claims were paid
My dog had some serious health issues during the last six months resulting in some large claims. Although the time to process the claims was a bit long, all of the claims were paid without question. Sadly, we lost her at the beginning of December and Pet’s Best proactively refunded the premium for the remainder of the policy year. They also sent me a sympathy note. I was very impressed with this service at the end of my sweet girl’s life.
