Over the six years I have had ASPCA insurance I have made two claims. The most recent was for treatment for toenail bed squamous cell cancer and toe amputation. Filing the claim was easy and reimbursement was fast. I am pleased with the service.

Unfortunately my sweet baby was diagnosed with lymphoma about a month ago. It's been a very stressful time for us both emotionally and physically. There's been so many test & treatments in the past 6 weeks. Embrace has covered all of the test and procedures just like they said they would. It's a blessing to not have to stress about the financial aspect of this diagnosis. It took about a month for them to review everything but once they did the reimbursement checks showed up. Their customer service like is very helpful too. I have recommended this company to all of my family and friends that have fur-babies!

My Charlie is my life. My children got her for me with in. A week of my husband was buried. I don't miss a appointment.She is my life and I know she love me. We sleep together and we do everything together.if she can't go I don't go. Or I put her in doggie daycare at her vet's.So I know she gets the best care.

We have since left Nationwide since we were told today that no surgery coverage takes effect for 1 year from policy purchase date. So anything that happened to our puppy in the furst year is deemed pre-existing and won't be covered. They denied our initial claim for a dislocation in his front leg from a fall because he was previously seen by a vet for a dislocation of his hind leg that occured while he was running through a field. Basically they will collect our premiums and deny all our claims. No thank you.

got trupanion for our English mastiff and about 2 months after having it our dog had to have tplo surgery took him to one vet said they couldn't tell without an xray so we took him to another and said that he needed the surgery so we do it pay for it up front and now we have been waiting for 6 months for our claim and they denied us for the 2nd time. finally canceled they don't care about the you or yours pets.

I bought him the health insurance when he was a puppy, wondered many times if it was worth it, boy was it worth it.The Trupanion people were great, helped me with the simple forms, the vet was contacted by them for records, I received my benefits statement, all within a week. I faxed the next 2 surgeries bills into them, both times the next day I was sent my statement. Reimbursement checks all came the following week. I just can't say how nice they were/are and how easy it was to do business with them. OUTSTANDING company. You never know whats going to happen, this was the best insurance experience we have ever had, including our own human health insurance. I am now a customer for life....
