Trupanion made an error in evaluating my claim. When I called, Kristina was very helpful and promised to get the problem corrected. I'm assuming that the correction will be made and all will be well. And if this happens I'll be a very happy customer. Everyone makes mistakes now and then. The important thing is to be able to get them corrected.

Peace of mind
When our beloved dog Mia was diagnosed with cancer, if not for Trupanion we would not have been able to spend an extra year with her. Trupanion was there for us when we needed them by dealing directly with our veterinary hospital and keeping us informed of the cost covered for her care. It was one less worry for us and gave us peace about our decision to go ahead with her treatments. We were always treated with compassion from their staff and truly thank them for all they took care of for us.
