I can't even begin to explain how much I love Healthy Paws! Safari had a mystery illness that took us to the hospital a few times. His bill was well into $3000. Healthy Paws turned around the claims lightning fast, answered all of my questions quickly and even checked in on Safari more than once. To know that we didn't even have to consider money in finding the right treatment for Safari was more than comforting... it helped us focus on his recovery! If you own a pet, GET INSURANCE! And if you're not sure who to choose, go with Healthy Paws!

Our pup recently visited the vet for a vaccination booster and then visited for another vaccination booster and a sick visit - a total of three claims. The vet submitted the forms on both occasions and, for the second visit, submitted both wellness and sick visits together. Embrace sent an email to me and politely told us that wellness and sick visits should be submitted separately. On reading that sentence in the email, I sighed, figuring that I would have to resubmit. But to my surprise, the email continued by telling me that Embrace separated the claims, and I would receive separate emails for each claim. I didn't have to resubmit anything. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that makes paperwork easy. All three claims were handled promptly. Kudos Embrace!

I can't possibly say enough how convenient, speedy and practical it is to be insured with Embrace and the claims process in general. Not only is the insurance worth every penny but you feel as though it truly pays for itself having the Wellness Benefits. Thanks a million Embrace.

My 6-month old American Bulldog swallowed a toy and it was lodged in his stomach / upper intestine. We had to take him to the ER, and luckily he avoided surgery, but the bill was still $1,100. Healthy Paws was very responsive in processing my claim, and covered everything except the Vet Exam fee. They mailed the check a couple of days later, which I've already received. Overall, they get great marks from me and the client service during the process was excellent.

Dealing with Embrace is about 100x easier than dealing with my own health insurance company. If it's a legitimate claim, they reimburse you, no hassle, no questions. And we’ve agreed on everything that would be considered legitimate so far.

I have found from the beginning when I decided to purchase health insurance for my dog from embrace right to processing the claim customer service has been a priority with this company. It has been a painless positive experience.

I'm not sure how anyone could complain about the Wellness! You get back EXACTLY what you put in! What's there to complain about there. I've had several different policies on my pets over the years but have been with Embrace for a few years now. Hands down - they are the BEST. Easiest claim process, quick reimbursements. I have to say that I have never had a bad experience since becoming a member of Healthy Paws. They process claims at lightning speed (within 24 hours usually) and get a reimbursement check out to us quickly. As far as the coverage goes we are very satisfied with what is covered. When we were searching for an insurance provider we compared Healthy Paws to the others and we were drawn to a couple of things:1. They do not have a pre-exisiting condition exclusion for any conditions that develops after coverage starts. Other companies will cover a condition, but when yearly renewal comes around, bang, pre-exisiting condition and no longer covered. 2. They also cover meds, no matter where you get them from. Strongly Recommended
