Thankful for this company to have this coverage helped me tremendously and saved my dogs life.

We had to bring Corey to the ER for a Urethral Prolapse. We woke up in the middle of the night with blood all over the bed and our puppy! This is the first pet we've ever had insurance on and I'm SO thankful we had it! When I contacted Healthy Paws to ask about a direct pay to the vet's office they told me what they needed to make it happen. I submitted the records needed and the estimate of the bill and they took it from there. They contacted the vet's office and took care of everything for us, making the financial part of Corey's surgery a breeze! I did receive notice prior to Corey's surgery that our rates were going up in 60 days but only by $10/month. TOTALLY worth it knowing that our puppy will have the care he needs. I never bought insurance before because I had older pets. We took in a stay during covid who was 2 years old so on a whim I bought insurance. He turned out to have a health issue that required expensive surgery. They didn't care that I was a new client. I asked if it was covered. They said yes. And they covered it. Simple. No fighting with anyone. No problems. My pet is amazingly better after the procedure.

Excellent care and service! The staff REALLY makes the difference!! Bethany was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!! Such a pleasure to speak with her recently. Everyone I have had to speak with, especially the MOST difficult situation when my "baby" was diagnosed with cancer after being misdiagnosed by our local vet, has been fantastic! I knew something was right but they wouldn't listen to me, even though I am a certified critical nurse, in the people world! VERY frustrating to say the least and emotional but your staff was wonderful - caring, compassionate, and empathetic throughout our conversations!!

I'm not happy at all with the monthly increase in premiums. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this much of an increase seems unwarranted. I would not complain about a 10% increase but am no happy about an approx. 17% increase seems almost unreasonable. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income additionally makes this not seem fair.

I always recommend Embrace insurance to pet owners. My friend was here the day I was submitting some claim documents, a week later I told her the claim was paid and she was shocked. I have never had a problem getting my claims paid. For the first 2 1/2 years of his life my Great Dane Cupcake was healthy and I had no reason to use the insurance. For these past five years he has been sick long term and Embrace has paid all his bills. Thank God, I could have never afforded those bills on my own. Thank You Embrace

My boy was diagnosed with Diabetes 3/1/21 and the 1st week I put 3 different claims in. After My deductible each claim was processed and paid within 1 week from the day I submitted it. Right now he goes once a week and each week I get 80% back. The only thing that hasn't been covered was the special food which I knew wouldn't be.
