Trupanion helped me keep a piece of mind
Ranger's vet was able to do every diagnostic recommended and money wasn't a source of concern. I was able to focus on my baby's health and wellbeing when he was sick. My veterinary office was also able to use Trupanion Express so they handled my claim faster than I would've imagined!

caring service and transparent coverage
In a worsening situation after vet hours I contacted the care line- my questions and fears were promptly answered and we ended up at the emergency vet. I felt more confident (not like I was overeacting) by having their opinion, and was very pleased to find out by acting promptly we saved Benny from what would have most likely been a worse fate! The Care line gave me confidence. The bill was covered without any squabbles- black and white on the coverage- after deductible covered 90% of costs. Very satisfied! And I have a healthy kitty again.

Pet insurance
had a GI issue which required a couple vet visits lab work, x-ray, and meds and most recently Bruno was neutered and per the Vets recommendation both nasal wedge resections. He has healed up nicely and back to his normal self. The insurance also was very easy to make claims and direct deposited funds when appropriate. Very pleased with the experience and policies.

No problems whatsoever
Two recent claims - one wellness, one illness and applied to deductible. Both processed promptly with no problems whatsoever. Automated but appropriately frequent updates and explanations along the way. Ilsa (the GSD) thanks you for the peace of mind we have in promptly pursuing evaluation and treatment when something's not right, and home care's not fixing it, instead of fretting about potential financial burdens.
