Helpful, timely, and easy
Responsive via email. The vet made numerous mistakes sending the paperwork and my claim was closed. The issue was quickly resolved and I was reimbursed in a timely manner. This made a stressful situation easy.

They Saved my Dogs life.
If you have a new dog Pet insurance is a must. Healthy Paws helped save are dogs life twice with two operations. Healthy Paws paid 90 percent of a 16500.00 bill and a earier 7000.00 bill with no complaints. What a great company they reimbursed us within days. And they were so kind and caring about my 9 year old basset it was unbelievable. Thank you Healthy Paws and all the wonderful and caring people who work.

Terrible Pet Insurance
We had a terrible experience with this pet insurance. We bought it and paid $80+ monthly for over a year, only to find out that when we used it for the first time (the original vet bill was $700, this terrible insurance only reimbursed us $200). We ended up canceling and having to pay them a $150 fee because they had reimbursed us too much money! Embrace IS THE WORST PET INSURANCE. If you care about your pet and your wallet go with something else because this company is shit.
