Excellent customer service!
The lady that enrolled my pup was so sweet, as well as very thorough and knowledgeable. It can be such a pain dealing with insurance companies for humans, it’s nice to know that when I call my pup’s insurance, I don’t have to dread the call??

Our experience with trupanion has been extremely positive for the life of our pet. Only complaint is the denied claim when our dog was bitten at the dog park because it was considered "dog fighting" because we was >1 year when he was fixed.

Amazing payment option!
Trupanion is the absolute best because they pay my hospital directly! And the hospital submits my claim for me which makes saying yes to the estimates!

Healthy Paws have been absolutely incredible! They process claims quickly and thoroughly. It has been worth every penny - especially when our dog needed emergency surgery that would have cost us over $5,000. Our dog has needed two separate surgeries and we have received a personalized email following up on his recovery each time. All representatives have been friendly and extremely helpful.
