Our experience with trupanion has been extremely positive for the life of our pet. Only complaint is the denied claim when our dog was bitten at the dog park because it was considered "dog fighting" because we was >1 year when he was fixed.

Trupanion is the absolute best because they pay my hospital directly! And the hospital submits my claim for me which makes saying yes to the estimates!

Trupanion is a real life saver, literally. Compared to how much an unexpected vet bill can set you back, as anyone with a pet will tell you, what I pay for Trupanion is basically pennies. And the peace of mind it gives me is priceless. When my dog was found to have a heart murmur, I was easily able to afford a cardiac workup to make sure it didn't need further treatment. It's such a relief to know that I can make decisions for my pets' health without worrying about expense. Their employees have been nothing but professional and helpful every time I've had to reach out to them. I recommend them to everyone who is considering getting a new animal friend. They are really the best out there, and since my vet has the Trupanion direct pay thing I don't even have to worry about getting reimbursed.

Positive experiences with service and a claim. Our dog broke her leg. We had three choices, amputate, have her destroyed or have expensive surgery. The insurance made an operation possible. Full recovery! Back to normal.

We sent all the information they asking for...and still delaying our claim saying still missing information it have been three weeks ..spoke with them 3 times not results...terrible company
