Smartest purchase I ever made. They have saved my pet.
I have submitted multiple claims with ASPCA for my dog and have always received a timely response. They seam to really care about my pet. Thank you.

Look No Further for Peace of Mind
Because of Nancy Lowe, we will always be with nationwide. This company is made up of dedicated professionals who take the time, care, and concern about each policyholder and their pets. In my particular case my claims are handled perfectly and in a timely manner. If I have questions I know who to contact. This is a great product from a great company

Outstanding service from beginning to end.
Dan F and the team at Embrace has done an outstanding job in making Mikey's claim as easy as possible from pre-certification to payment of claim. Everything was done in a timely manner and fully explained to me. So happy I made the choice of Embrace and wish I'd done it sooner.

I recommend Nationwide to all my friends
I purchased this insurance before I brought my puppy home and I very pleased. The customer service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable. My puppy, now going on two, has been able to have the care she has needed to thrive with the help of Nationwide.

Good pet insurance
My puppy went in for preventative service food r heart worm. I do feel that this is good pet insurance, but paying $50 a month, more coverage in terms of cost should be covered.

Highly recommend
I am the owner of a very sweet & loving 6 year old dog who unfortunately likes to punish me when I leave her alone by getting into things she shouldn't - and has resulted in more than one overnight hospital stay.
I have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for about 3 years now and they have been great every (unfortunate!) time that I've needed to use them. Their app is very simple and easy to use; they are very prompt in their response times; and their reimbursements go direct to my bank account. I highly recommend them!

Extremely pleased with our decision to choose Nationwide Insurance coverage for our pooches
Delighted with the ease of filing our claim, and then as a courtesy to us, the acknowledgement of receipt of our claim from Nationwide. We were extremly pleased with the monetary reimbursement amount and the speed with which it was received.
Choosing Nationwide after researching many companies was absolutely the best decision for us.

I love having piece of mind
I love having piece of mind when it comes to my dog’s health care. It is wonderful to take him to the vet for care and know that I will receive any money i have spent back. I never have to worry about whether i have the money to take him to the vet for care. Because it is almost always a covered expense. It has been my best investment, beside my wonderful dog Theo!

Many good choices, ASPCA is not one of them
A small clause in their contact, something like: any condition not resolved in a claim period (in our case it was the calendar year) cannot be carried over to the next claim period. In a nutshell, at the annual wellness exam in December, our vet suggested a senior exam since she was 8 yrs. A lower than normal red cell count showed up. Our vet then did a scan looking for internal bleeding. Nothing showed up, our dog seems perfectly fine. The vet refers us to specialty clinic, couldn't get an appt. until January. More detailed testing revealed a serious bone marrow problem. She was gone in 6 months. Although I had paid my premiums for years, everything after January 1 was denied. Why? anything not cleared up in a contract period cannot be carried over (even though the premiums automatically renewed and continued). We hadn't even had a diagnosis yet. Therefore, if your dog gets sick, it better be in January. ASPCA has no affiliation with the charitable organization, they pay them to use their name. They are nothing like the ASPCA we know and love. I fought to get a small compensation that didn't anywhere near cover the costs of her care. I don't know if they've changed their ways or not but any company that inserts dirty little tricks like this into their policy is no friend of our pets and shouldn't be trusted. Lots of good pet insurance companies out there that do not have these practices. I know, I was very careful in selecting insurance for my new dog. This site was helpful. Felt the need to let other pet owners know about my experience.
