There when I needed them
Unfortunately this was my one and only claim. My 14 week lab began not eating and behaviors changed.My vet took over and unfortunate we lost her during surgery. Having the insurance gave me the confidence to know myself and the vet did everything to help my Lily.Trupanion took the claim and completed and paid within days.
When the time comes for me to get another companion, Trupanion will be my first call.

Wonderful!! A blessing
Having this insurance has been a blessing to us, allowing us to give our pet the very best care that she so deserves. She gives us so much love. We are senior citizens and are glad we can do this for our pet.

Awesome Company For Pet Insurance
I have been with Trupanion for about 5 to 6 years at least. I haven't had many claims at all during this time. But when I do have a claim, it is so easy and so smooth to do business with Trupanion. They make it so easy for the customer!!! Thanks!!

Need to enhance customer service
Overall good service. However I have had some issues when I have spoken with representatives as they have not been able to either clearly answer my questions or have given me different information about a same issue. Moreover none of them give you their name, so they are not held accountable either.

I am glad we have Nationwide Pet Ins.
When you have a pet, it really helps to have insurance. It offsets medical expenses and reduces out of pocket costs for vaccinations and flea/tick prevention supplements.

We would be lost without Nationwide Pet Insurance!
My dog suffered a ruptured cruciate ligament that required surgery. Nationwide Pet Insurance was true to their commitment and paid what was covered under the policy. I have had my dog insured since he was 6 months old and am so grateful for his coverage.
