On line submittal quick and easy!

Unsure I will share or recommend Trupanion at this time. Our first claim was rejected. Our plan doesn't include preexisting conditions, and our bank account doesn't allow for an upgrade to get that coverage. We have a rescue and we have no real way of knowing if there are any previously diagnosed similar issues to this particular one we recently went through. Your staff determined our dog has preexisting skin conditions and therefore won't pay a bill. I will warn anyone looking for insurance from this company about this subtle discrepancy. I think rescue animals should get a little more grace when it comes to coverage. I'm disappointed.

Always excellent service, I had a 5 month old puppy that was bitten in the face broken jaw, it was horrible!! Between my vet and trupanion you mage it easy and less stressful ??My puppy is doing great! Thank you!

We had to use the insurance almost immediately and had no issues. It was very easy to use linking up with our vet and paying directly. No upfront out of pocket for us.

Cady was amazing, I’m 29 and had a senior moment and couldn’t figure out how to change my payment method online and she walked me through and then we both laughed about how obvious it was. She was super caring and didn’t judge. Her comment at the end about “giving Jessie extra pets” made my heart melt a little. I’ve been with you guys for almost 4 years and you’ve helped me through my darkest times when Jess was sick and you have no idea how much that means to me.

I would recommend Embrace to anyone looking for insurance for their pet. Great company to deal with. Quick turn around times and great coverage.

I’m not sure pet insurance is worth it. Next to nothing gets covered and when it does it just goes to my deductible. I am just spending money for insurance and my pet and not getting anything in return.
