Thankful to have Nationwide Pet Insurance

So thankful to have Nationwide Pet Insurance and your wonderful coverage. Appreciate so much your acceptance of so many of the claims and payment. We have a new problem that happened end of February that Sasha Rose never had happen before: Broke a bone in her little toe on left front paw walking on the crusty snow. Thankful appears to be making progress and no additional injury. Sure different not being able to get outside and play ChurckIt. Blessings, Naomi K. Some people clearly suck at their jobs and need to be fired.

When my cat was a kitten, I got him on a policy. He had worms and another minor issue at the time. These conditions were treated. Nationwide has records of this, because I submitted the claims and receipts, so they clearly know this. They put a "pre-existing" tag on his policy. I had to jump through hoops to get this removed, which shouldn't have been on there because they have the records and know this was addressed. The claim ultimately got paid, but it was way too long of a process and a lot more work that it needed to be. I also realized that I had a past claim rejected for this same reason. That's on me for not catching that one (I had multiple things on that claim and it slipped through the cracks.) I found the overall level of poor service staggering. Embrace Pet Insurance is starting to look appealing.

Quick Processing of Claims

My Sadie is 9 years old now and she's had allergy issues for most of those years. Every claim I send to Trupanion for her medications has been processed and paid very quickly. I appreciate that even more now that I'm retired.

It’s the best way to love your pet

It’s an extremely simple process and more than worth the cost no matter what the age of your pet is. It relieves the stress of knowing what to do if your pet is ill and whether you can afford the treatment because you know a good portion of the cost is covered

Trupanion Is the ONLY Insurance for Us!

I have commented numerous times about ALL of the wonderful experiences I have had with Trupanion. We absolutely LOVE THEM! Everyone is always friendly, professional and caring. But....you guys dropped the ball! My Dakota turned 13 today and no card from Trupanion???????? What?? xoxoxo

Sucks

Poor. I'm told to provide information on the prepaid wellness plan thru my vet and then I get a denial cuzz I prepaid it prior to effect date of insurance. Claim ppl don't get how the real world works and sales staff have little integrity. Not my job to keep your ppl educated on how this works. Then you discount and don't reimbure me for what I paid for my dogs wellness meds and physical. You waste my time!! Not happy!!
