I have had very pleasant experiences with all of the Trupanion representatives. At a time when one Animal ( family member) is ill, we need kindness and true honesty.

Claim process is often take longer than it takes me to get my credit card bill. There are long waits when you call in. And the mobile app does not work very good on my iPhone 6.

My dog, Brad, just recently had to undergo an emergency surgery. It was a very stressful time for him and myself. As we all know, emergency departments for pets can be very expensive. The whole process of his surgery and recovery was made easier with the reassurance I would be reimbursed for his visit and surgery! The company even reached out to check and make sure Brad was doing okay after his operation. I was reimbursed within a week of his surgery. Our vet sent in our claim and we got the check deposited in our account in less than 2 weeks. After our deductible they covered 90% of the cost. Are Dog had a pricey knee surgery. Trupanion is wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them to all pet owners!
