I had pet insurance for the first time thru my current job. I wish I would have known about it my whole life. It’s by far the best decision I’ve made with having my pet. It’s very much worth the expense and basically pays for itself.

I only wish that humans had access to the kind of excellent, comprehensive coverage, hassle-free claims process, and truly compassionate customer service in our insurance as our sweet pups have in Trupanion. Rory has an ear infection. The vet has recently changed her meds via a culture test. Nationwide has been right there when I have submitted the claim(s). I have nothing but accolades about the service I have received from Nationwide.

Great insurance. Very timely claim response and good coverage with a wellness rider for ~$50 per month. We feel it has already paid for itself. Just wish I could see the EOBs for my dogs visits. The website doesn’t let me see them. Guess it’s a glitch.

Nationwide has been wonderful in processing all the claims resulting from parathyroid surgery. The filing process is very easy and payment has been quick. Thank you for being there for our baby.
