Any Excuse To Avoid Paying
Started a Trapanion policy for my healthy 8 year old lab. My veterinarian submitted all requested records. Paid my premium every month. Two years later my dog developed an aggressive cancer and they refused payment because they deemed it a preexisting condition. If that's how you do business you need to be upfront with the customer at the time of the policy; not when you depend on the service you've paid for.

Great coverage at a low monthly price.
Healthy Paws recently covered my dog's leg surgery. They were quick with response time and the claim went from submission to benefits declaration within about a week, including the Easter Holiday. I've been impressed with their customer service and the ease of website navigation. Their monthly premium is also very reasonable compared to other pet insurance companies out there.

Easy and fast!
It was so easy to submit the claim and received emails keeping me updated on the progress of the claim. I was totally amazed at how quickly I receive my check!

A Living Miracle Designed by Trupanion
Our Tessa has been very sick for the last 1 1/2 years. Without Trupanion we would have been destitute. They have been very fair and quick to resolve payment to the fine doctors who Make Tessa comfortable. Thank-you Trupanion for keeping our puppy alive and happy!!!!?? Very happy
I have been very happy with Healthy Paws insurance. My only hesitation is the cost. However when my dog needed emergency care it was such a relief to have her fully covered by a company that had covered claims in the past with little hassle. I was able to make decisions based upon what was best for my little dog, rather than the cost of the procedures. Healthy paws was quick in settling the claims and very compassionate.
