I know Trupanion is the BEST option out there for pet owners shopping for Health Insurance for their beloved pet. Highly recommended and I also spoke to my Vet that we were extremely happy that we invested in this Health Insurance for our dog Brody. Any interaction with a Trupanion employee has been refreshingly pleasant. A+ for their customer service staff.

Appeals
The appeal process is arduous. Claims denied due to pre-existing as primary vet wasn’t sure of the etiology of my dog’s lameness. An Orthopedic Specialist recently indicated that her lameness was due to an injury beyond the waiting period of her coverage.

Amazing Pet Insurance
I cannot say enough about how wonderful our Healthy Paws Family is! We absolutely love this company, the customer service is second to none. They are amazing at processing claims quickly and efficiently. They also follow up through email to make sure our baby is ok after we have filed a claim and truly care about their clients! The rates are affordable with different plan offerings and the reimbursement is great!! You will not regret covering your fur babies with Healthy Paws!
