Great Investment!
I could see as a puppy that my dog would be a active boy, so it was a great decision to purchase the insurance then. Now that he is ten, he is having mobility problems and the insurance has helped tremendously.

What is going on
Why is this invoice being processed separately ? I have called several times and was informed that it would be included with the other invoice of $1101.26.
We took Coco to the vet on Monday, January 25, 2021, for an examination and tests to confirm that she would be OK for the surgery. On Wednesday the 27th we were notified that she would be fine. She had her surgery on Friday the 29th. This entire procedure took one week and was submitted as one claim. Please advise when this issue can be settled.
