Extremely easy to submit claims through the new app. I received a response immediately letting me know that my claim is being examined. I actually received the payment within a couple of days through direct deposit.

Reliable and fast
Our puppy got into and eat raisins (can be very toxic) and we had to rush her to the ER vet. After a hospital stay and a big bill we were so thankful we had pet insurance! It was super simple to submit the claims via the app and we had the reimbursements in less than two weeks! Definitely recommend!

First well-puppy claim paid fast and easy
Recently switched from another insurer to Pets Best and filed my first well puppy claim. The process was fast and easy resulting in reimbursement within 2 weeks. I hope that future accident/illness claims goes as smoothly.
