My dog had a cut on his paw a few days before Thanksgiving. It became infected and I had to take him to the Vet. He received an injection and antibiotic pills. And Pets Best insurance very fairly reimbursed me for part of the costs. I don't know what I would have done without this insurance. I got this coverage when my dog was a puppy just to protect him from accidents. I never thought I would keep it since he's already 6 years old but I am truly glad that I did. All kinds of minor illnesses keeps coming up. Lab works are very expensive. So thank you Pets Best Insurance. You're the best!

I always have a great experience with Embrace. I've had them for almost 2years now. Getting my cat covered by Embrace has been one of the best decisions I've made. I never have to hesitate to bring him to the vet for any issues. And I recommend them to all my family and friends. It's truly great coverage for a great price.

After paying for "premium coverage" for 10 months, my puppy suffered a bad fall and severely injured his knee. Although I was ten months into my "premium coverage" at $50/month, Pets Best refused to cover a single cent of the $3,000 surgery my 1.5-year-old puppy required. The stated reason for the refusal? Remember that "optional health check" form that is sent to new policy holders? Turns out that if that "optional form" isn't filled out within 6 weeks, accidents/emergencies won't be covered for the first year. After spending thousands of dollars paying for Pets Best insurance, the company refused to help me and my puppy when we most needed it. I would NOT recommend this insurance company.

ASPCA if the absolute BEST!!!!!! My dog has had multiple issues over the past two years - seizures, hip issues, gastrointestinal problems. They pay claims promptly and I have never been denied and never had to justify or explain my claims. They have wonderful customer service and even call after an incident to see how she's recovering. I had a policy with a competitor previously which was worthless. Totally turned me off pet insurance. They paid very few claims and argued about every one. With ASPCA, I feel like they are really trying to take care of the health of my dog and not just make the most money possible off insurance. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASPCA VET INSURANCE and have my vet recommending them as well, based on my experience. Really - do not even think about using any other vet insurance company!!!!

I am continually and pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick it is to speak with anyone from customer care. They are always knowledgeable, polite, and seem to be genuinely interested in the health of my pet. When I need to call for something, I have the utmost confidence that I don't have to go through several channels or be put on hold before I speak with someone. I wish all other companies followed your playbook!

I'm so happy that I invested in Embrace Pet Insurance and Wellness coverage. It is well worth it. They handled my wellness claim very quickly and kept me updated via email on the process. I love it.... I know that my baby will be taken cared of and we don't have to worry. If you haven't started investing start now. You will be surprised on how much you will be saving...

So glad we decided to pick up insurance for our two JRTs. Pet's Best has been in our family for two months and I already had to make a claim. They took a little longer than their expected time frame but did notify/apologize in an email. Great customer service.

Filed 3 wellness claims at one time one month before the end of the policy. The claims were processed promptly and I had my reimbursement checks within a couple of weeks. Everything went as advertised.
