Now that she is three, with all the immunizations and well-baby checks behind us, I balked at paying for another renewal. Well, that was just dumb. In the Six months since I went ahead and paid, I have probably recovered my premium. Turns out three may not be an easy year, after all. Cricket is OK now, mostly. If only her sensitive skin responded 100% to all this allergy treatment—which Nationwide covers so quickly with so little effort from me. She did give me a scare earlier this week when she may have eaten a stray sewing needle. Xray showed she hadn’t, but the bill gave me another scare. Why didn’t I stroke out? because Nationwide is on my side. Thank goodness!

After treatment was completed by our Vet Hospital I was given an itemized billing for professional services rendered. I called Trupanion to ask for assistance in submitting this claim and they immediately sent me a claim form to be completed. I followed their instructions and sent all information back to them for review and processing. The claim was processed and I just received a check for reimbursement less the deductible and services that were not eligible. I am very pleased with the services of Trupanion

She had a very bad scare and we almost lost her but due to the great work of Veterinary Specialty Care and her vet, Dr. Kelli Klein, she was able to recover and is back to being her happy, healthy self. I have told everyone about how great Nationwide is and how lucky we were to have your coverage so that all we had to worry about was Abbie and not the cost. There are so many Pet Insurance Companies. I was fortunate to have the good sense to pick Nationwide 4 years ago. My occupation involves insurance but I’ve never had interactions with people that are more patient caring and knowledgeable than the representatives at Nationwide Pet Insurance. After an unexpected death of pet last year, and getting a new puppy this year that after 6 months a heart defect was identified, they have been there for me with all my questions and concerns.

Trupanion is awesome. Submitting a claim is easy. Never have a problem with them and within a week the claim is processed. They are even better then my own health insurance. Recommend them to everybody.

I absolutely love all y'all for covering my accident prone lately dog, Bella. I make sure I let everyone know in my circle of dog groups on Facebook about Nationwide pet insurance and my vet refers all his clients to Nationwide now.
