In our opinion, Embrace has to be the best. A year or so after started our Embrace policy , our cat was diagnosed as diabetic and in need of daily maintenance. The folks at Embrace have been wonderful and we've had absolutely no issues with Molly's coverage. We especially like the simple claims process. We've needed to phone them a couple times and you just get the feeling Embrace only hires animal lovers. Since we've only ever used Embrace Pet Insurance, we can't speak for other companies. But Embrace has to be the best . . . . .

Very knowledgeable & helpful

I have comfort knowing that my pets health is the primary concern. The support with coverage has made the need to treat my dog for an illness an easier and more comforting process with ASPCA insurance coverage.

I have had pet insurance since 2008. First it was VIP then Nationwide took it over. With in the last year the turn around times for claims has greatly improved.

Great service! Easy to use with quick turn around for claims. I am beyond glad I went with this service with my puppy from the very beginning. I cannot recommend them enough.

The sales rep was kind and informative and answered my questions without pressure and wanted to find a plan that was right for me. Was pleased and happy about me finding my forever kitten. A true pet lover and it showed in our conversation.

So far all is good, all claims paid as expected...

Nationwide is much better than last insurance co. They pay out better and are concerned about the animals

Submission of claim and fast reimbursement are excellent. I originally carried pet insurance on our last Rottweiler and our current dog through Veterinary Pet Insurance and can only say great things about their coverage. However, since Nationwide Insurance has taken over the company the coverage amounts are not as good as VPI. My biggest complaint about Nationwide is the cost of coverage. My monthly premium increased from $99.00 to $162.00 a month!!! I understand that as a pet gets older the cost of coverage will increase but this is exorbitant! My dog's insurance costs more than my own!

This pet insurance is good. I had them when I was in the military and helped with issues when my pet had issues!
