Quick & Easy Claim Process
We were very pleased with how easy and fast the claims process was for our claim. The form that needed to be completed was very straightforward and easy to complete. I faxed the paperwork, received an email acknowledging the claim, and then received the check. The only thing that would have made it easier would have been allowing the paperwork to be submitted via email rather than fax or regular mail.

We have been paying for 2 policy's for 6 years without ever using the insurance plans.
We have been paying for 2 policy's for 6 years without ever using the insurance plans. We are paying $129.00 a month and never used our plans. We tried on two occasions, and were turned down because we were told we didn't reach the deductible.

I’ve never regretted getting insurance for all 3 of my dogs!
There is always a quick turn around in submitted claims. The rates are reasonable. The piece of mind knowing I have insurance on my pets is huge for me. I have 3 dogs. Just one accident or serious illness could cost thousands of dollars.

Wonderful for my dogs
All my Claims have been taken care of very well by Trupanion. I have 3 dogs and all are covered by Trupanion. All claims I submit are processed quickly. I am very pleased I have this insurance for my pets.
