The coverage and customer service are excellent.

Trupanion representatives have always been helpful, knowledgeable with the policies & always can answer my questions. I appreciate all trupanion has done for us & how quick they are to respond & reimburse.

The claim experience was fast and easy. The only problem is ziva had surgery twice on her teeth and you helped with the cost but preventive cleaning so she wouldn't need surgery again was not covered

The claim was denied for eye infection .

Healthy Paws has truly been a lifesaver for us. My mastiff was diagnosed with Wobblers this past month and her medical bills are already above $3500. They have been great with communication even during Covid and I have received my approved claims ina timely manner. It's also really nice that they cover alternative treatments like acupuncture and hydrotherapy as surgery is not an option for her at this time. I've never had anything but good experiences with this company and we've used them for 6+ years. They definitely are not cheap but when you need them they are there and it is worth it everytime.
