ASPCA helps us afford the best care
MY PHOEBE HAD A SERIOUS REACTION TO THE ROUTINE INOCULATIONS. IT TOOK MONTHS TO DIAGNOSE HER CONDITION. ASPCA PAID MY CLAIMS IN A TIMELY FASHION. I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

DON'T BUY INTO THIS!
I had this Insurance for my two kittens. The very first time I filed a claim for the small amount of $60.00 I received an Email from Pets Best that I didn't fax over the claim properly. The customer service rep. told me all the documents were filled out properly but the corner of the receipt and the Dr.Diagnosis was overlapping.I was looking at my copy when she was explaining this to me,and you could clearly see everything that needed to be seen.I needed to resend every thing this time by mail.I get a notice after I mailed itstating they are closing the claim out.I call again stating its been 2 weeks. The Rep. tells me when they receive the paper work in the mail Pets BEST will reopen the claim and pay it.I then receive a notice two days later stating that Pets Best can not pay for the service as for the Dr. needed to give an ideamized invoice not check marks next to the break down to as what exactly the Vet. did in the examination.I called again and told them Pets Best had every thing they needed to pay this claim.Pets Best had a claim form filled out properly, they had a copy of payment, they had a itamized invoice by the Vet with a Diagnosis and the treatment plan.I ask that Pets BEST please cancell my plan. They did so the next day and withdrew money out of my Bank Account.I am so shocked and very disappointed with Pets Best Insurance.I was really hoping this would work out. Please think twice about using this Insurance. My first claim for $60.00 which means PETS BEST would have

Great Service!
I have an English Bulldog and have had several illness visits. Embrace has been very helpful. After meeting my deductible (like many adult health plans are becoming) the reimbursement process is quick and easy and my check comes in the meal not even 2 weeks after the visit. I have not had ONE problem or any disappointment working with embrace! Would recommend to everyone!

Fast Reimbursement
Receive an email that my wellness reimbursement request was received days after mailing. Two days later, received another email stating the check was in the mail. Amount approved was what I expected. The coverage was well explained at signup and it was clear that illness/injury was the main coverage and wellness was available at an additional charge.

Zoe ingested a popsicle stick
Zoe took a Popsicle from one of the children, andswallowed it stick and all. She got diarrhea and was throwing up. Our vet was closed so we took her to emergency. She had x-ray's and they said it should pass. We are very pleased that it did and she is fine. Also supprised that the event was mostly covered. Trupanion covered 90% of all fees.

Preventative Hip Surgery
We have a Bernese Mountain Dog and she needed the preventative hip surgery. Trupanion was very helpful through the process. This is our first dog so have pet insurance was a little questionable but after the pay out and help it is truley worth the money.
