I have not had pet insurance for many years. Boy has it changed. I was pleasantly surprised. Embrace does things very quickly. I signed up and right away was reimbursed for her first visit. I was able to pick my coverage. The people are very friendly and right on top of things. I would and have told my friends about this.

As soon as I got my little Beagle-Ace I took all the insurance pamphlets and read the little print. Embrace by far offered the most for a reasonable price. We bought insurance through Embrace when our puppy was a few months old. By the time she was seven months old she had developed OCD lesions in her ankles and needed surgery. Of course not that easy to diagnose. But Embrace was that easy to deal with. Every phone call was a nice experience. Very good customer service. All claims were processed fast and refunded money was paid back fast. If looking for pet insurance we are always telling people to go to Embrace.

Wow!!! They are so fast! My last claim was processed in 15 minutes! I emailed them attaching scanned claim and receipts and received the processed claim form saying that I will get back $500. After a few visits to the vet it was determined she had a severely torn ACL and would never walk correctly unless she under went surgery.Trupanion made the decision easy and they dealt with my Vet directly. The claim was processed quickly and very efficiently. We had our check within 2 - 3 weeks after the surgery. I ALWAYS recommend trupanion to all my my dog owning friends.

A trip to our usual vets, an injection, medication and a referral to a specialist meant that the cost of veterinary care really mounted up for our 8 month old puppy recently. Thankfully we took Insurance out with Trupanion when we first adopted Poppy and Trupanion very quickly informed us that the insurance covered part of the treatment, which was very welcomed. The claims team at Trupanion dealt with our claims efficiently and kept us informed of every step of the process. Also any time I call Trupanion & fins the staff member I speak with very polite and helpful. I would recommend these insurers to other pet owners.
