Follow Up
We joined Embrace 6 months ago. Since then we have been fortunate not to have had any major issues with our Yellow Lab Cooper. We have submitted wellness receipts and the follow up and speed of processing has been exceptional. Keep up the good work!

Never be without embrace pet insurance
Our cat was recently injured by a coyote. I did not think she would make it. Thanks to having embrace insurance we did not have to compromise with the care she needed. We were kept up to date on all our claims and received our refund checks very soon after claims were submitted. I will never be without embrace insurance!

Very happy about first experiences w/Embrace
The Embrace telephone reps were super helpful and didn't push too hard when we first signed up. The company's communications since then have all been clear and straight-forward. I've also found the web site user-friendly. No unfortunate surprises. They processed our first claim quickly, without hassle. So far, so good, Team Embrace!

Embrace never disappoints
My French Bulldog celebrated her fifth birthday by acquiring a skin infection around her eye that had not one, not two, but three components (bacteria, yeast and mites). Not surprisingly, this required multiple vet visits and prescriptions.
As soon as I started filing claims, Embrace was (as they always have been in the past) prompt and diligent in processing them. I received frequent updates on the status of my claim, including an apology when the processing took longer than they had anticipated, and a full explanation of what my refunds were and why. There were no hassles or second-guessing.
My veterinary clinic also loves working with Embrace. Very happy clients all around.

They came through for us
We've had ASPCA insurance for our two greyhounds for a few years now, and had submitted claims a few times before, but unfortunately those claims weren't classified as accidents or injuries (we just have the basic level of protection) and we didn't qualify for any reimbursement. In June though, one of our greyhounds had to have emergency surgery for an intestinal blockage, and then follow up treatment when he was bleeding internally. In the end he came through okay, but the bill was certainly pretty high. The vet's office was pretty skeptical about us getting anything back, but I submitted our claim anyway (it's a really easy process, and worth the time), and I'm certainly glad we did! The max refund per incident was only about half of the total amount we had to pay to the vet, but we were extremely glad to get that back! These days everyone is very skeptical about ever seeing any refunds from any kind of insurance company, but I can definitely say now that when accidents happen to your pets, it is more than worth it to have ASPCA Insurance coverage! The claim process is easy and quick, and they let you know about the decision of your claim pretty quickly, and best of all send out that check right away.

Totally exceeded my expectations - get EMBRACE!!!
Dealing with Embrace has truly been a pleasure! All of the material is clearly stated and well-organized. All of the staff I have encountered so far have been so polite, helpful and responsive.....and you all even follow-up - amazing and sooo appreciated!! Claims are paid very quickly - so glad I made the leap and tried pet health insurance! I think the wellness plan is fabulous too!

great to work with
I submitted a claim for reimbursement for my dog's yearly exam and related testing and vaccinations. I was contacted the next day by Embrace and told that my claim was received and being processed. Then I received an e-mail from Embrace stating that my reimbursement would be deposited into my bank account within the next 3 business days. I received the money in 2 days! Excellent communication and processing time.

Awesome. I am so grateful we have trupanion
