A good outcome
My cat ended up with a hefty dental bill after the vet discovered she was in need of 5 dental extractions, resulting in Vet bill north of $900.
I am happy to report I received more than $600 from Nationwide after filing a claim. We had some administrative hiccups like the misspelling of my name on the check, twice. But the customer service department was happy to work with me to reissue the check. Overall, I am pleased I got the insurance and I don’t worry as much when we have to go to the vet.

So thankful for Nationwide insurance for making the care for our very sick dog less stressful!
Our dog, Daisy has been very sick this year! I can not imagine how much more stress would be added if we didn't have insurance coverage. It has lifted a heavy burden from our shoulders. We have had nothing but good luck and fast reimbursement. Thank you nationwide for being at our sides!

You cannot ask for more caring people at Healthy Paws. They take time to follow up on your pet’s health and then their claims process is simple and very quick. This is how it should be.

Claims submission super easy
I have received a lot of help from Nationwide with any issues that arise. I had a complication involving my payroll deduction to pay my insurance, which never got resolved but the Nationwide agent assisted me in moving to another form of payment.
The claims process is extremely easy through the app. Love this feature!
