The instructions t file a claim were simple and explained the amount I should receive. I uploaded the paperwork, received a confirmation email, update email, and final claim decision email. The funds hit my bank account a few days later. Thanks

Very helpful in this last claim!
Nike fell & hurt her left hind leg & after the vets took x-rays found out that she had an injury comparable to humans having an ACL. She also has a problem developing in her spine that may require acupuncture. Called your company & asked what we needed to do and asked if she needed acupuncture if it would be covered. Yes with the vet's statement.

I looked at several pet insurance…
I looked at several pet insurance companies. I liked Prudent Pets' website, plus they offered comprehensive and preventive care. Their preventive care packages offer more than other pet insurance companies, and the coverage was easy to understand on the website.
Their customer service is excellent. When I called, I got a customer service representative almost immediately. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I also received a welcome call providing me the opportunity to ask more questions.

So glad to have Pets Best
I was on vacation and my pup loved the beach. But it made her ill and I found myself at the emergency vet at 1am. It was an unplanned expense but Pets Best covered it and I was so glad to have them.

Quick & Easy Claim Process
We were very pleased with how easy and fast the claims process was for our claim. The form that needed to be completed was very straightforward and easy to complete. I faxed the paperwork, received an email acknowledging the claim, and then received the check. The only thing that would have made it easier would have been allowing the paperwork to be submitted via email rather than fax or regular mail.
