I am new to pet insurance and have only done two "wellness" claims from routine vet visits for my puppy. I am thoroughly impressed! Not only was each claim reimbursed very fast, it was directly deposited into my account and I could check the status online. Overall, Embrace has been fabulous to work with. They even have a personal touch with someone I can directly reach out to with questions. Two thumbs up!

Ava underwent a spay procedure. I have the $400.00 annual Wellness coverage. I was extremely pleased with the ease of filing a claim, customer service interaction, and the turn around time between the day the claim was filed and when the money was deposited into my account. Thank you Embrace !

Moses, my American Mastiff, fractured his tibia and racked up quite the bill at the local emergency room. In the midst of my concern for him and terror at the size of the bill, I suddenly remembered that I have Embrace Insurance. I immediately relaxed and was able to concentrate on Moses and the doctor, and be "present" rather than scrambling for ways to pay the bill. The claim settlement arrived in a timely fashion, with no surprises. I would never own a dog of any size without Embrace.

I had submitted a wellness claim for my dog's routine office visit and routine shots. The claim was quickly processed and there were no issues. I did not have to call in and fight for my payment!! Great working with them!

The best insurance by far.i have vpi insurance for my first dog but decided to go with trump anion for my new puppy. Trump anion is ten times better than vpi insurance.the customer service in exceptional as the always answer your call with a pleasant human and they are super fast with claims....I only wish I chose tru panion the first time around

Our 4 year old golden retriever was diagnosed w/ patella luxation requiring surgery to stabilize. The whole claim process was simple. Embrace answered all my questions via email in a very timely manner. The claim process was fast too. I received a check in about 20 days. They even followed up to make sure everything was okay. I was skeptical at first but not anymore. I can now say i am very impressed w/ Embrace

I signed my mixed breed dog up with Healthy Paws in May 2012 after doing a lot of research(he was ~6 months old). Little did I know when I signed up that he would have his first seizure 9 months later and be diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. At first, I was very excited I had chosen Healthy Paws as they covered his blood tests, meds, and most of his ER visit. He has had a rough 7 months since his first seizure and I thought Healthy Paws actually cared about him. If you are a loving pet parent and have ever had to watch your dog have multiple seizures, you know how horrific it is.On the Healthy Paws website, they claim that the only thing they don't cover is pre-existing conditions. This is false. He is currently on an anti-convulsion medication that will likely shorten his lifespan and cause kidney/liver issues down the line since he had to start taking them at such a young age. I recently went to a licensed vet who practices holistically to try a new approach. She performed a consultation, which included acupuncture (which Healthy Paws did not cover even though they say they do) and was given a new medication that has effectively treated other dogs with epilepsy and enabled them to go off of their western meds, which have horrible side effects. Healthy Paws does not cover any of the holistic side of care, even though they make no such claims other then to not cover pre-existing conditions on their website.
