My dog has been covered at Pets Best since she was a puppy. We have the illness and accident coverage as well as the Wellness plan. Pets Best has always been quick and efficient when processing our claims, and to date we have always been approved for reimbursement. Our latest claim was for an emergency eye surgery, and our experience speaking with customer service was helpful and courteous.

Our poor dog had a slipped disc that was so bad it bruised his spine. Healthy Paws reimbursed me for this whopper of a bill for his surgery in a very timely manner and without hassle. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an awesome pet insurance company!

Our dog experienced back pain and was barely able to walk. Our vet gave him some muscle relaxants and did a series of laser treatments to relieve swelling. I was worried they wouldn't cover the treatments because they are not commonly used. Embrace covered the treatments and we are grateful that they did. Our dog is so much better and we used very little medication.

My Cavalier King Charles was diagnosed with GME a couple of months ago. Between the work-up, which included X-rays, a spinal tap, blood work, and lots of prescribed medication we have thousands of dollars in vet bills. My little Jewel is likely going to be on Prednisone and a chemo drug (shots) for the rest of her life so she can be mobile and have as high a quality of life we can give her. Throughout this terrible process Embrace has been extremely efficient and fast with reimbursing us for 80% of the expenses. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this and would highly recommend this company to anybody. Our vet neurologist told me he thought Embrace was one of the best insurance companies to deal with as well. Laura Bennett, who is the co-founder of Embrace checks in by e-mail all the time and even follows up to see if we received insurance checks. Kudos to Embrace for sure! Our 7 year old corgi Beezy ruptuered her disc and had to have emergency surgery to save the use of her hind legs. We were reimbursed for the surgery within a couple of weeks of filing for the claim. The rehabilitation period for Beezy has been challenging and we appreciate our ability to concentrate on recovery rather than her insurance claims. Thank you to the entire Embrace staff.

We recently purchased Embrace insurance for the first time. We recently filed claims. The forms were simple, and the reimbursement checks arrived very quickly. It was easy. The Embrace customer service reps are always friendly and explain things well.

I am quite pleased Trupanion as I feel the company has become more user friendly. I have noticed that reimbursement turnaround time is much faster and claim is clearly explained as opposed to earlier prototypes. I am glad I gave Trupanion a second chance- it has proven to be well worth the monthly premiums.
