Easy and timely claims reimbursement

We had our first experience with Furkin recently. The process of submitting the claim was well described and uncomplicated, even for a nontechnical person like me. Efficient and seamless!

The turnaround time is about excellent and the way to submit a claim online is so quick and efficient. My only suggestion would be the option to have the process completed while at the vet. For example, the claim could be filed at the time of the appointment and the customer pays their portion of the claim and Trupanion pays their portion and there not be a need for reimbursement. Removes a step and an upfront out of pocket cost to the customer.
