I could not believe how quickly my claim was reviewed. Not only was it an easy process but I received compensation within five days of the day I filed the claim. I tell everyone about Trupanion!

From the time I submitted Sassy's claim, I received frequent emails to keep me apprised of the status. It was easy to upload her records to your website rather than mailing them in. Payment was made promptly and without hassle. The only thing that I could be negative about is the fact that when you take your pet to the vet because they are sick or injured, the cost of the exam should be paid for as well as their treatment. That is part of their sickness evaluation. I know and agree that wellness checks are not paid for, but when they are sick, the doctor fee should be included.
