I have not have the opportunity to utilize the benefits of the policy. However, Elin did an amazing job today.

I absolutely love this company. Their benefits are outstanding. They do not play games with claims. I've had every claim I've ever submitted (both small and large) paid exactly as the benefits state, without having to jump through hoops to make it happen. The process is easy and I do it all online. Customer service is excellent on the few times I called with a question. The rates vary by locality, which is the way it should be: adjusted to the cost of care where I live. I've recommended many friends to this company and none are disappointed.

We are extremely happy with Healthy Paws pet insurance as it really has been a life saver! We purchased a plan when our dog was a brand new puppy as we were told by our Vet that this can come in handy as dogs get older and also in the case of accidents.....especially with Golden Retrievers who love get into trouble :) Our dog is known to eat socks and underwear :( He has been very healthy overall but a few months ago he started to develop some pretty bad allergy symptoms that we couldn't figure out. Healthy Paws has really helped with the cost of treatment and infections and we are so happy that we had this insurance in place. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for great pet insurance. The claim process is so easy and they literally get back to you with a completed claim in 24-48 hours most of the time. My reimbursement check is usually to me within a week. So amazing!
