Very friendly. Helpful and responsive

Our totally healthy 1-year-old golden retriever, Charlie, dislocated his hip while running in the woods behind our house. We were with him, and we saw him leap into the air and just tumble to the ground in pain. We have had many dogs, but we never saw anything like this. It was just bad luck. He required extensive surgery to repair his hip. Thankfully, we had chose Healthy Paws as our insurance, based on customer reviews. They covered exactly what they advertised, and we were reimbursed in just a couple of weeks. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. We felt totally supported by Healthy Paws. Charlie has now made a full recovery, and we are hoping for many, many years of excellent health. If anything should happen, we know Healthy Paws is there. Thank you Healthy Paws! U all r wonderful u pay right away very helpful

Surgical claim was submitted by our vet who had just signed an agreement with your organization. Claim was submitted in the afternoon and we had our EOB from you by 11:00am the next day. We manage medical practices and would give anything if we could get human insurance companies to respond that fast! I could not be happier with your service. Incidentally you paid over $9000.00 for a previous surgery for the same animal. It took a bit longer than the above claim but the veterinarian who did that surgery did not participate with your organization. Our advice to our friends who own pets: Get your pet vet certified as early as possible, sign up with Trupanion, and make sure you uws a vet who has an agreement with Trupanion if possible.

I never received a receipt. I didn't realize I would have to pay a fee even though I have no deductible . my bill ws like $230 something and I had to pay 93 dollars

I have have Trupanion insurance on Dazzle since I adopted her at 5 years of age. Trupanion has been there throughout her mast cell tumors,her chemotherapy And her arthritis treatment. Trupanion is a 5!star company
