Love the insurance option, but the claim process could use improvement
Most things have been covered and the beginning stages of the claim process is pretty easy (would love for the system to save past info like my vet). It is the processing part that could use some improvement. Communication is key and it seems like there is no communication after the claim is submitted. I would love an email that gave me the step by step update (ie. Claim received, claim processing, NIGO and need more info/approved with X as payment). Also, I hate how if I’m missing something or the supporting docs aren’t visible then it is just closed and I have to do a completely new claim. There should be a NIGO process where a reach out via phone or email happens to see if I can provide the info before closing. Really not an effortless experience in my eyes.

The ease of filing a claim has got SO much easier! I am glad I have pet insurance!
The new claim process is SO much easier and quicker payments! I am glad I have insurance! When you don't have a lot of money it helps you make those difficult decisions sometimes when it comes down to money :-(

Amazing claim process
Shiloh was losing weight, diarrhea, & vomiting. We took her to our vet and found out she was not retaining the nutrients in her food. We are giving her a b-12 shot, changed her food to Purina Pro Hydrolyzed food with a pancreatic powder. Claim process was very easy. She is going gaining weight and on her way to recovery. Thank you Nationwide for always being there for all 5 of our furry children.

Nationwide has been great and so easy to work with!
We have felt so much peace of mind to have Nationwide protecting our little Frenchie, Stitch. We have the highest level of coverage so that there is never a question on whether or not we can do what we need to do. Nationwide has always come through for us and quickly!

Nationwide is great
I love Nationwide. I have had it for years. (And not just pet insurance) I have always found the company easy to work with, quick on claims payment, and I enjoy the fact that I get to choose my vet. Not just certain ones

Outstanding Service, flawless delivery
Darby had both ACL's repaired this year. I had several large claims and the they were handled quickly and without any extra effort. Nationwide Pet Insurance has consistently supported us and I tell everyone who asks that I highly recommend.

Pets Best was there for me and my Doberman when he needed emergency surgery to save his life.
My Doberman went into Torsion (AKA Bloat) at 6 PM, right after our regular Vet closed so we rushed him to the closest emergency Clinic where they performed emergency surgery to untwist his stomach and save his life. I knew Pets Best had my back so I didn't even consider the expense but instead could focus on saving my beloved dog's life. He is alive and back home recovering thanks to quick action on my and the emergency Clinic's part. Pets Best was there for us all the way. The Claim process was simple and swiftly completed. I had signed up for Direct Deposit and the Claim was processed and settled surprisingly quickly and very fairly. My experience was so positive I have already recommended Pets Best to several friends. I highly recommend them!
