I have to constantly argue with you about paying claims

I have owned dogs for years, but this is the first dog I have had insurance on. So easy and affordable! I will insure all of my dogs from now on!

The process was easy to make the claim, but the process and timeline of receiving payment was confusing. I contacted nationwide twice to try and better understand the process.

We debating on getting insurance for our puppy, and we are so glad we did! We have had a total of 3 claims, and no problems getting them processed.

I don't know what we would have done without Nationwide. We've always had German Shepherds who typically have complex medical issues especially when they get older. My neighbor influenced us to get our beloved Shiva on insurance when he was just a pup. Nationwide has paid most of the bills and the premiums are relatively low in comparison. The deductible is ridiculously low. I've never heard of a deductible of $100 once a year. If only people could be so lucky. Shiva is so active when we take him outside, we often hear from people "he doesn't seem 9 years old." Then I let them know he is on the best treatment plan his insurance company mostly pays for. Thank you Nationwide!!!
