Worst customer service ever!!!

"I've had Pet's Best insurance since 2017. They are a stellar company. Last year my dog was diagnosed as diabetic, and earlier this year he lost his sight completely due to cataracts from the diabetes. Three weeks ago he had cataract surgery and he can now see again. Pet's Best has paid the claims promptly and completely, and thanks to them I was able to get the surgery my dog needed. I really can't recommend them highly enough. I have had surgeries for my dogs in the past and Pet's Best has always paid the claims promptly. Also, having free access to Whiskerdocs has proven to be invaluable. If it wasn't for them, I would not have known to take my dog to an Internal Medicine Specialist to regulate his diabetes - which the primary vet was unable to do. Whiskerdocs has been an excellent resource."

I was happy with nationwide insurance until my dog turned 8 years old. He was promptly dropped. When I called I was told they don’t insure dogs over 8 years old for health and wellness, only accidents. Now anything he had in past is not covered under another pet insurance. This is an awful policy, I’m trying to get the word out so it doesn’t happen to other pet parents. Also if a condition runs in that breed it is not covered.

*foreign body surgery and several day hospital stay* I was worried after reading reviews, never thinking I'd have to file a claim, I went with the most affordable- which was Pets Best. I'm convinced people only post when their experiences are negative. I love that it could all be uploaded online, have multiple options to have payment go to the bank or Care Credit, and most importantly, got paid. Thank you! I've already referred others. Although I hope to never use you again, I'm glad you're here if we have to!

Healthy Paws has been an absolute blessing! I’ve been using it for over 10 years now, and my 15-year-old Yorkie, Sake, has gone through several health issues over the years. Worst process ever. I submitted a claim wich they took a very long time to review. According to them the claim was accepted and they said they mailed a check wich was never received. They also state that if they send you a check they have no way to track it. So basically…. They ripped me off and was directed to check with the mail service as it was their fault for losing the check

Met life pays %90 and is very thorough. Reviews are rather slow, but they document the payments. and are fair. Vet bills are so very high so it's nice to have met Life on your side!
