I tried the instructions for sending in a claim from my phone, but didn't hear back. When I called to see if Trupanion received it, the rep couldn't tell me because she said it takes a couple of days, to call back. I did call back and it was never received. The second time I called, the gentleman was able to be very helpful.

Embrace Is Great!

Embrace has always been prompt in handling my claims. I rescued my Shih Tzu mix last April. I'm not great keeping up with paper work, so I had several claims to submit when I finally did email them. Some were wellness visits and some were for sick visits. My vet doesn't submit claims so it's up to me to submit them. Embrace always informs me when they receive my claims and keeps me up to date on the processing of the claim. Embrace was recommended to me by one of the volunteers involved in Molly's rescue and I'm delighted I went with them.

Piece of mind

Embrace is great. My Newfy has had many allergies and skin infections over the years and i have piece of mind that I can afford to give him the best of care with Embrace. They process claims efficiently and are always available to answer any questions.

Huge help and friendly customer service

I was very glad I nad the coverage when I needed it. They made it easy to submit the claim. It was reviewed and settled quickly and I even received a call a month asking how we were doing.

My first claim with Healthy Paws

I adopted Ella in 2007 and purchased insurance through another company and discovered very little was covered but thankfully I did not have any claims. Two years ago I switched to Healthy Paws (at my son's suggestion) and my poor Ella tore her ACL last month. Submitting the claim was so easy and I appreciate how quickly Ella's paperwork was processed. It is stressful to take care of an injured pet so I grateful Healthy Paws claims process is stress free. I was so impressed that I received an email from Healthy Paws inquiring after Ella and her recovery. Wow! I wish my own health insurance responded as quickly!

excellent

I'm so glad I got this affordable insurance I'm on a fixed income it really helped me financially I gave the claim form to the vet. and they took care of the rest can't be any easier.

Quick and Thorough

My first claim was a success! With a new puppy and multiple appointments scheduled in a year, we went with the additional wellness option and were pleased to receive notification in less than two weeks that the majority of my puppy's visit would be covered. Now we're just waiting on the check! Thanks Embrace, for being quick and keeping the process detailed in the claims area of your website. I love that I can click to find all the information! So far, so good!

Great Compnay

Have had Embrace since my dog was a puppy. I didn't need to use it often. But he recently had major surgery and it was a relief to have most the bills covered by Embrace. I might add they were very courteous and caring when I asked questions and their prompt reimbursement was great. I would highly recommend Embrace to everyone.
