Emily was awesome.
Emily was awesome. She specifically answered my questions re the status of the preapproval application for my cat’s dental surgery. Thanks to her clarity I was able to talk with my vet again, get exactly what was needed, and personally submit the preapproval form and paperwork within an hour. Much relieved!!!

Great Experience
I just wanted to pass on an amazing experience! Our dog Timon went into the ER two days ago with a 105 fever and vomiting! After a full diagnosis, the doctors seemed stumped! They asked for a number of tests and we agreed to them, not really knowing the cost but knowing we love T! Thanks to Trupanion, our bill was manageable. I originally thought insurance was a “nice-to-have” but now I realize our puppy wouldn’t have been with us without Trupanion! Thanks!!!

The Best!
I am very pleased with the way Simon's claims are handled. Having to deal with a very young dog with serious issues is stressful enough and knowing that Trupanion is thorough and fast and completes claims within a few days is appreciated. No hassles just excellant service.
