I wanted to leave a review because this is truly the best pet insurance company I have ever had. They not only are personable, but reliable and caring, you are not another number. If you are looking for an insurance that you can count on for timely, responses and caring individuals behind the scenes, this is it. I would recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends and family members over any other out there. My dog recently had TPLO surgery and I submitted the claim, within 24 hours I was surprised and grateful to see the automatic payment in my account. Not only that, but they followed up to see how my girl was doing after her surgery. Thank you to all the people at Healthy Paws you have been truly awesome!

I have submitted claims and they respond very quickly so far. If you call the person does their best to answer all your questions and resolve any issues you may have. I have been with them for a year and both pets are covered. I intend to extend my policy for another year.

I find Lemonade so easy to work with. You get reimbursed within 24 hours and it's great and so easy for as busy as I am. I absolutely recommend their coverage and appreciate their service.

It’s so easy to submit a claim and get get reimbursed the expenses incurred towards Luna’s surgery and hospitalization. During our traumatic times, pet insurance provider did a wonderful job in processing our claim.

I have come to rely on Trupanion's Customer Service for excellent service no matter the situation. Folks there are calm and well-informed so they can answer questions and process claims effectively. I purchased this insurance for Luna as soon as I got her home from the breeder. The entire process was very simple and I loved that I could pick a plan to fit my needs for Luna.
