The process was very easy and quick including the reimbursement. I was at the end of the plan year and had been shopping around for different pet insurance companies and after this claims experience I decided to renew my coverage with Pets Best.

Love Trypanion pet insurance
I never had pet insurance on any of my pets in the past. When I brought our newly adopted 4 month old kitten to the vet I had seen a pet insurance display. She had received a clean bill of health but I decided to purchase it along with the vet's yearly health plan. She had no issues at her 1 year checkup but a severe heart mirror was heard on her 2 year visit. The insurance paid for the echo cardiogram and is now paying 90% of her daily medication she will be taking the rest of her life. Thank you Trupanion!

Great service!!
Other than getting my puppy, buying this insurance was my best decision recently! Pet owners may think that it is expensive but when you think about it the insurance is so well worth it! I love receiving my wellness check when I have put out the money up front! I strongly recommend embrace to all pet owners.

Response time is Great & I love the follow up call
My Puggle was scheduled to have a dental procedure, and when they did the blood work for the anesthesia some levels came back high. So instead of the procedure poor Tank had to go back to the vet every week for 3 weeks to confirm he didn't have liver disease or another ailment. Im happy to say he is ok ( although he still has to have the dental procedure eventually. I had reimbursement for a very fair portion of the bill and I really did appreciate the calls to confirm Tanks well being. I always recommend this insurance to others.....

Embrace stands by you
I did receive my claim check and was grateful for that. My poor Nestle is having some liver problems, so every little bit helps with the medical costs.

I tried the instructions for sending in a claim from my phone, but didn't hear back.
I tried the instructions for sending in a claim from my phone, but didn't hear back. When I called to see if Trupanion received it, the rep couldn't tell me because she said it takes a couple of days, to call back. I did call back and it was never received. The second time I called, the gentleman was able to be very helpful.

Embrace Is Great!
Embrace has always been prompt in handling my claims. I rescued my Shih Tzu mix last April. I'm not great keeping up with paper work, so I had several claims to submit when I finally did email them. Some were wellness visits and some were for sick visits. My vet doesn't submit claims so it's up to me to submit them. Embrace always informs me when they receive my claims and keeps me up to date on the processing of the claim. Embrace was recommended to me by one of the volunteers involved in Molly's rescue and I'm delighted I went with them.

Piece of mind
Embrace is great. My Newfy has had many allergies and skin infections over the years and i have piece of mind that I can afford to give him the best of care with Embrace. They process claims efficiently and are always available to answer any questions.
