Easiest experience I have ever had !!
My Veterinarian's office filed the claims and they were reviewed the same day within an hour of submission, approved for payment. The whole experience was reassuring while dealing with a stressful situation in the health of my pet. I have never had an easier experience with any type of insurance company.
